Leadership Role

Listed below are the questions posed by Weiss, Tilin, and Morgan in your textbook on page 102. When discussing leadership development. Address the questions as a reflection on your own evolution as a leader. Do not complete this discussion board as a question and answer session but use the questions to guide your thoughts.  Conclude your observation with a couple of sentences how you, as a leader can challenge your followers and other stakeholders to be reflective about their role in personal leadership development.  Think of a time when you assumed a leadership role in a group:  Why did you assume this role? What do you recall about your own behavior when you assumed this role? How did you feel when you assumed this role? How did others in the group respond to your assumption of this role? How did others in the group feel about your assumption of this role? How did you know what they felt? What was the outcome? Did the outcome surprise you? Why, or why not? What might you have done differently?
