Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design edit paper due in 40 hours

see the attached pictures of my paper.

the professor wrote down for me some notes and I need someone to edit my paper. 

And write a full paper of the same topic/question for my classmate. But 

it is fine if the answers used are close, but please make them look different and try to make some changes.
