Turn to Exercise 9.2 and review the Savage-Austin & Honeycutt (2011) and Sokoll (2014) scholarly articles on Servant Leadership. Summarize their key take-aways, and then reflect on whether the conditions of your organization support the practice of servant leadership. If so, explain how. If not, outline the barriers and what would need to change.
