Self-Assessment exercises can be used as an opportunity to evaluate your unique skills. The point of these exercises is to challenge you to think about how you can improve upon or effectively utilize these skills.

Write a summary of your reflections, covering the following points:

  • Do you think the assessment is correct? Why or why not?
  • In your opinion, why do we live and work in a world that focuses on weaknesses rather than strengths?
  • How have you relied on your strengths to overcome an obstacle or challenge in the past?
  • Please choose 5 of your own unique “Ideas for Action” and explain how you will commit to taking these actions in the future.

The assignment will be 2-5 pages in length (not including attachment).
