This assessment addresses the following course objective(s):

• Develop findings and recommendations for an IT innovation project.

This is the second part of the project in technology innovation. Through these three assessments you will:

• identify a potential IT innovation
• create a plan to implement that innovation
• describe how the plan could be executed

In this stage of the project, you will be discussing how your innovation idea will be successfully implemented within an organization. Include the following in your paper:

• brief overview of the IT innovation to be implemented
• discussion on the specific characteristics of the innovation
• a plan on the steps required to create/implement this innovation
• a discussion of the technological challenges that may be encountered
• a discussion of the organizational challenges that may be encountered
• a scorecard that can be used to evaluate the overall success of the innovation

This paper should be a minimum of seven pages and include references for ideas and concepts discussed.
