You work a mid-sized company (100 employees) and your supervisor is extremely interested in upgrading the servers in the company. He has an interest in Ubuntu Linux. He has asked you to outline the advantages and disadvantages/cost and benefits of both Ubuntu Linux and Windows Server 2016.
