  Read the Investigations section of the "Building Trust" that I posted last Thursday. It is pages 23 to 26. Also review the Accreditation Standards pertaining to the actual investigation - these begin on page 67. 

 Write a 1-2 page paper outlining a good procedure for conducting an internal investigation within your department. Design your procedure so that it will work in YOUR department a
