Internal Investigation 456

 Read pages 26 through 30 in the document "Building Trust" that I had you download. Once you read this, write a 1-2 page paper outlining a good policy for: 

-determining a disposition to the investigation,

-notifying the officer of the disposition,

-notifying the complainant of the disposition,

-and maintaining the confidentiality of the investigative files.

  By disposition I mean whether the complaint is founded, unfounded, etc. Your policy does not have to cover every little detail, but cover enough to provide a good solid foundation for a more detailed policy.
