Inequalities in American Education Systems

PART A: (Due no later than 4:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time, on Tues. Jul. 6th, 2021)

Read the following New York Times article and formulate SOAPS notes for it. Also make note of any evidence indicating why "American schools are even more unequal than we thought," throughout the document.
