 The broadcast networks have argued that the viewing public cannot discern between over-the-air broadcast networks (e.g., ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, and CW) and cable networks (e.g., TBS, TNT, Lifetime), yet only the broadcast networks are subject to indecency fines. Do you agree with the broadcasters that the indecency regulations should no longer be enforced at all, or do you think that cable should be subjected to the same regulations?
