This week, you will continue with your course-long project and focus on creating the project schedule and the critical path. You will once again use a reputable project management software to complete the project schedule and the critical path. The project schedule should contain all of the project activities listed on the WBS and include the activity, the duration, resources required, and the team member responsible for the activity. You will submit the schedule as a Gantt chart. You will also create two critical paths; the shortest and longest path based on the project schedule. You will submit two different projects for the critical paths. Make sure to label one the shortest critical path and the other the longest critical path. Finally, in a one-page Word document, include an analysis of possible changes that can be made to the management of the project (without changing the scope) to shorten both the shortest and longest critical paths. Upload the three projects in a format that can readily be accessed by the instructor (e.g., PDF) and one Word document to the assignment.
