IAS Capstone E-Portfolio/Essay

For this assignment, the wirter will be need to drag examples and evidences from the paper that I wrote before( use my papers as the only sources, which means NO ANY OUTSIDE OR NEW SOURCES)  to show how I learned the three IAS learning Objectives, such as, Diversity and Equity, Collaboration and Shared Leadership and Interdisciplinary Research and Inquiry( I will upload a doc that have more detail explaination about what are those three learning objectives), also, this essay will be talking about how I gonna use those skills in my future job, and I am going to be a travel agent, so the wirter need to make contaction between thoes objectives and my job.
