i need help with paraphrasing this page
hello
i need a help with paraphrasing this page, i want it very different since my friend used this last semester with the same prof. i will use it in my project titled with production of dimethyl ether. feel free to add more safety precautions.

Safety and Environmental Aspects:
Dimethyl ether is a gas under ambient temperature and pressure, it is a colorless odorless gas with a boiling point of -24°C and a density of 2.1 kg/m3 which is greater than the density of the air.
DME is an extremely flammable gas. If DME vapor is released into the atmosphere, it will travel until it reaches a source of ignition. Upon contact with a source of ignition, the DME vapor will explode. DME may also form an explosive mixture with air. The lower explosive limit (LEL) is 3% and the higher explosive limit is 27% at room temperature. Dimethyl ether will exist as a gas if it is released into the atmosphere, and since it is heavier than the air it is possible that a DME vapor cloud may form and settle into low laying surfaces such as basements, drainage ditches, and it becomes a potential source of explosion.
DME is stored, handled, and transferred as a liquefied gas under high pressure. While handling DME all of the safety precautions must be followed. All pipes, pumps, fittings and storage tanks must be made of specific materials in case of a seal or gasket failure. ASTM specifications D7901 provides limited guidance on safety and handling of DME.
Any leakage of dimethyl ether can lead to hazardous human and environmental exposure. Dimethyl ether is not classified as a greenhouse gas. Atmospheric dispersed dimethyl ether decomposes to carbon dioxide and water. DME has a low order of toxicity overall, but if inhaled at high levels may cause similar effects to those of a weak anesthesia.
The solubility of dimethyl ether in water based on the changes of pressure and temperature, at 100 Kpa and 18°C can absorb 7 % wt. and at 500 Kpa and 23.5 °C increases to 35 % wt. Attached in the appendix is the MSDS for dimethyl ether for further associated hazards.
All process variables in the plant should be monitored in order to avoid any potential incidents. High and low pressure and temperature alarms should be installed into the reactor and separation units. Calibration for these instruments should be done frequently. Construction and insulation materials should meet all requirements provided by ASTM in order to insure maximum safety. The waste water line should be treated carefully before discarding it to the environment. The optimization decision of this project was reached by adding an additional separation unit which further decreases the mole fraction of methanol exiting from the waste stream to less than 0.05 moles per liter. This reduces the overall environmental impact of the process
