I need a Doctorate degree holder

I need a Doctorate holder. I have assignment that requires a person who has a Doctorate degree in Education. If you are out there, please help me. All you have to do answer the template. Then make a time to notify me before Saturday evening to do conference on Skype to answer those question you already answered. This is really easy. My goal to get this documented verbally.
