Examine the various personnale practices and policies of the American Red Cross organization (e.g. the strategic planning, training, diversity management, recruitment, performance management, job analysis compensation, benefits, etc.,). Are their policies and practices up-to-date, relevant to the organization, and enforced consistently and fairly? Should any policy be changed? Improved upon or be eliminated? Why? How? Only 2 pages long must have references and written at graduate level. All questions must be answered, each question and topic should be in bold so we can know whats being discussed.
