Human Resource Training Program

A training program for “Constant Learning” was inducted to a classroom of college students mostly graduating soon. The 3 main topics were: 1) Note taking 2) Memorization and making things you study stick 3) Stress management.

· You are required to utilize, at a minimum, one theory of learning and one theory of transfer in the design of your training course. Your paper should describe the theories and how they were used to ensure the success of your training.

A combination of stimulus generalization approach and cognitive theory of transfer
