HTML, CSS And Javascript Help With Drag And Dropping Image Operation

 I wish to create an interface with 2 image libraries and a drop area. the images in both the libraries should have drag/drop properties. create a simple web interface where you can drag and drop images from the libraries into the drop area. in the attachment you see the sample layout of the interface. it is how the interface should  look
