In the article "Notes from Babel" concerns are expressed that government sector bargaining is antidemocratic and primarily political not economic. Select one of his arguments and support or dispute it. Please provide or create an example. 

If the government cannot go out of business, how do we hold it accountable?

Locate and briefly summarize a case decision where an employer or union was found guilty of bad faith bargaining (or not!). Briefly summarize the decision and explain whether you agree or disagree with the outcome.
