Read the article Just-in-Time Training (Agnvall, 2006), which you can access through the link below.  It describes in detail how Capital One and other companies used mobile devices to deliver training.  If you were going to try to convince management in your organization to give iPods or another mobile device to employees to use for training purposes, what arguments would you use?
