To prepare for the college work that lies in front of you, it is important to find out where you stand with your academic skills and readiness for online learning. After reading Chapter 2 in your text, and reviewing the material on the lecture page, “How We Learn,” ask yourself which “Learning Style” best fits your needs and preferences?

Respond to the following:

• Which Learning Style best describes the way you learn?
• What are the advantages and disadvantages of the online learning environment in the context of your learning style?
• What strategies can you use to help you reach the goals you have set for yourself, given your learning style? Be sure to be specific. How might knowledge of your learning style affect the way you learn?
