History Exam Review

I have an exam review, it is tow part exam.

 First part, is about some Ids , I want you  A) to write about each event or names small description of (What, why , who, and where)  and B) description of their significant to  U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1865.

Second part: Easy questions  question parts. Answer the question of each easy. I want a very good answers and be specific.
