You are a resident in either Germany or Russia between the two world wars (1920s - 1930s). Write a letter to a friend in the US about your experiences in your country. You can be Christian or Jew; male or female; rich, middle-class, or poor; capitalist, fascist, socialist, etc. Your friend will only understand what is happening in your country to the extent that you write about. So your letter should be as complete as possible.
