You are a recent graduate of the MPH program at West Chester University.  You have had a fantastic ALE II experience and are still in contact with your preceptor and student colleagues.  You have been working in your current position for the last five years and are ready to take the next step in your career ladder.  Suddenly you remember a book that you had in HEA 516 called 101 Careers in Healthcare Management by Friedman and Kovner.  You grab the book off of your ebookshelf and quickly turn to Chapter 5.  Based on what you read in Chapter 5 (or any other chapter you read), what are several of the most critical attributes that healthcare leaders, like yourself, must possess as you prepare to search for that next management position.  Describe three (3) key attributes (Chapter 5) in your own own words and then apply it to this scenario in which you are networking, interviewing, connecting, and ultimately moving up your career ladder. Why are the attributes critical for your success?  How do they apply specifically to you and your career aspirations?  Make sure to cite the book for any facts, ideas, or concepts that are in your answer.
