Healthcare budget discussion - 300 words

It is budget time, and you work for a large healthcare system.  You are requesting a large and expensive piece of medical equipment for the upcoming capital budget.  You will be competing with your peers for the funding. 

Discuss with your peers what you would bring to a discussion with the CFO and finance team and include in your analysis to help frame your request related to the cost of capital and capital structure.
