- Each student will select a subheading in Chapter 6 and summarize it following the instructions below (summarize, in your own words, in compliance with the word count).EVERY TOPIC MUST BE COVERED BY SOMEONE. A TOPIC CAN ONLY BE REPEATED AFTER ALL TOPICS HAVE BEEN SELECTED.
- Each student will select the Prelude OR Chronicle OR ONE of the subheadings 1 to 10 ORany one of the other subheadings that follow, up to and including "The Case Study Close Up."
- EXCEPTIONS: Items #5 AND #9 are to be discussed together. "Revolution of Intellect: The Meaning of Upper Paleolithic Art" (pp. 183-184) AND "Earliest Art: Australia and Africa" (p. 184) are to be discussed together. Example, if you select #5, you must also discuss #9. If you discuss any one by itself, you will lose 50 percent of the grade.
