Health promotion

Each student must select 1 existing potential health promotion plan based upon their own analysis of the case study. These plans should be aligned with the assigned Social Determinant of Health: Education Access & Quality

Health promotion plans may be selected from the websites below or any other publicly available health promotion interventions.

Upon completion of the health promotion plan and after 3 small group case study analysis discussions have closed , each student will upload the completed  Template:
