Health comm class projact

Hello this is the project with the 2 example the smoking one is from the professor and the other one is the group I work before and I need the same topic ( The freshman 15 ) with everything but different Example and sources to and she needs Survey to 

and this is the Email she sends me : The paper is outlined on the assignment sheet at approximately 25 pages.   As for the topic, you can choose whatever you like, as long as it is health related. So you may choose the same thing that your group did but if you would prefer to do something different you may do so.
