• In the next 5-10 years, healthcare systems will face critical staffing shortages. HCOs are struggling to recruit and retain qualified healthcare providers and nurses. In your opinion, what are some of the causes for these shortages? How can these shortages be addressed, outside of offering financial bonuses?
