Think of the healthcare marketplace , not in the usual sense but as other markets . There are buyers and sellers. Take a farmers market. How do you pick the best tomato ( ie. The quality of the product) It’s the same for the selection of HC in the market. How does one measure quality? Did the rules change with COVID-19?
