 c. Question 1 – (Ch.3) Analysis of internal environment

Description: The report includes an analysis of Apple’s strengths and weaknesses, and any resource combinations or capabilities that may have been relevant.   

The group case analysis report should be at least 6 pages and not exceed 10 pages. The group case analysis report should be written in the following format: 1-inch all-around margins, double space and Times New Roman 12-point font. 

nstructions: Using the strategy models we have considered in this class to date, explain why the performance of Apple improved via the introduction of the smartphone. This involves all of the following:

-Ch.1: Analyzing Apple’s strategic planning process (a la Mintzberg),

-Ch 2 & 3: Performing a SWOT analysis of Apple,

-Ch.4: Analyzing Apple's HR strategy

-Ch. 5: Analyzing Apple’s business-level strategy,

-Ch. 6: Analyzing Apple’s corporate-level strategy.
