Your reflection paper should include recommendations of areas for future research, learning opportunities, or areas that you feel need additional information. Make sure to keep in mind the main ideas you learned from this course: human behavior factors that affect behavior in fire, the socioeconomic factors that increase fire incidence, how personnel behaviors affect evacuation decisions, and why all of these are vital for the fire service leader.
