Answer the following four questions, researched and cited, and turn it in through the “turn-it-in” upload within CANVAS.  This assignment will be due a date as identified in CANVASS. In this assignment the student must identify several Items:

• What are the differences between Home-Rule and General Law Cities? Describe the different types of city governments that are found in Texas.
• What is the duty and responsibilities of City Managers? Do you think this administrative position is shielded from popular political pressure? Why or Why not? 
• What is the difference between Educational and Non-Educational Special Districts? Why are these sometimes called “Shadow Governments”?
• What are the duties and responsibilities of County Government? Which are the most important duties, why?
