Globalization is the most significant trend in our economy over the past 20 years, and it has had a tremendous impact on both the workplace and jobs. Today, nearly 30 percent of every product/service is either an import or export, so odds are you will be working with organizations or customers throughout the world. In this discussion, what do you see as the trends related to international employment, and how is it different working in another country than working in your host country?
