Project Description:

There are 2 parts to this assignment. 1. This presentation, and 2. One-Page Presentation Handout

In groups of 2 or 3 (your choice), students will select a sociocultural group (it doesn't necessary have to be a country) that is prevalent in the world. Using the Purnell Model for Cultural Competence Purnell Model Discussion.pdf, students will prepare a presentation highlighting all relevant information from the model. The presentation should address all areas on the model.  Students are permitted (and encouraged) to get creative and use other means outside of PowerPoint.
