In addressing an organizational problem, it’s very important for the Christian leader to start the process using a Christian worldview. 

Last week you discussed how the organizational problem could be understood and analyzed from a biblical perspective.  Now, you’re going to share with your group members how the problem can be resolved from a biblical perspective.   

Share your thoughts on how you can address the problem from a Christian worldview. 

Topic: A Biblical Perspective for Addressing Organizational Problems

Question/Prompt: This module/week’s readings and assignments are intended to get you focused on solving the organizational problem you identified in Module/Week 1. In past modules/weeks, you have discussed how the four-course lenses (i.e. structural, systems, cultural, and political) relate to your organization. This module/week, you will discuss how your problem could also be resolved from a biblical perspective.
