Detoriating and Dissolving Relationships

The less likely developed a relationship is, the more likely it is to dissolve. Relationships between acquaintances, casual friends, coworkers, and neighbors will probably end at some point. The first sign that a relationship is deteriorating is a subtle indication of dissatisfaction. The partners may feel less connected to each other, begin to share fewer activities, and communicate less frequently. The communication in deteriorating relationships is marked by three stages: recognition of dissatisfaction, disengaging, and at times, ending.
