Critically analyze current industry standards and recommendations for web design and development identifying two or three of the most important standards and recommendations a Web Designer and Developer should know.  Be sure to provide a brief description of each standard and recommendation.  In addition, include your reasoning for selecting each standard and recommendation.  Remember to support your opinion with factual information.

The paper must following the formatting guidelines in The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2010), (6th ed., 7th printing), and contain a title page, five scholarly references, three to five pages of content, and a reference page.
