There will be five (5)books in each category for children age 5 or younger.  At least one book in each category must be either a bilingual book or a book in another language.  You will submit information about each book and create an extension activity for one of the books in each category.  Please follow the required format attached.  No worksheets or color sheets for the extension activities, please.
