Locate the fire codes for your current jurisdiction or your hometown. Provide a link to their location on the city/town website. Include the following information in your response:

 What codes are in place?

 How they were adopted, and by who?

 Why were these codes adopted and/or modified for your jurisdiction?

 Who enforces the codes, and is it currently happening?

 How do the codes affect standards?

 What impact do the codes have on inspections?

 What are the impacts of not enforcing the code?
