Finance Case study

I have this  Excel templete that need to be completed. I need someone expert in Finance and Accounting to edit it and rearrange it , put right formulas for all required cells. I  don't care what the numbers you put I only care for right formulas, right layout. the whole purpose of this assignment is to get to know how to put the finance pieces together and evaluate a business. My business is developing a solar panels for a city  so numbers should be in Millions. I need it in 3 hours and willing to pay $ 30 for it. It is easy to do, so im giving the money for who do it correctly and fast. 

Note: The layout might be wrong so fix it. and for the first year we don't expect profit. 

make up numbers for cost , dep , revenue , and complete the rest
