Final Wellness Reflection

Final Reflection is a summary of your journey, and as such should include a second review of your status on all seven dimensions of wellness. In addition the Final Reflection should summarize and review your six week journey, and finish with a setting of short, intermediate and long term goals (for the next few weeks, months, and out to the next year or two). Final Reflection should be neatly presented (typed), with no grammatical errors, in four pages or less (double spaced), and with all “borrowed” concepts appropriately cited and referenced (in an APA format).
