Final Project- Festival

 Attached are the instructions and what I have so far for my project. Part of this project is about the risk management plan guidelines that I will need for the project. My project is an art and music festival called ″Lights on Festival″. It is located in Concord, CA and it is an outside stadium. More information will be in the pdf.
