After reviewing all of the information you have learned over the last four weeks of the course, take some time to discuss how you see the future of the workplace. The issue of cultural diversity will continue to increase in importance, so make sure to take into account the change that you think will continue to happen over time.

As you do research, focus on what changes you will see specifically in your own field of study and the effects you see these changes having on you personally.
