Some metrics you might use include:

  1. Productivity
  2. Arriving on time
  3. Leaving late
  4. Sense of humor
  5. Contribution to collaborative efforts

The goal of this last discussion is to apply creative problem-solving techniques and to examine the various methods that leadership uses to effect organizational change
