Existential Group Therapy
asteele12You will write a paper that should deal with aspects such as: (1) key concepts of your approach, (2) the role of the group leader, (3) role of group members, (4) key developmental tasks and therapeutic goals, (5) techniques and methods, and (6) stages in the evolution of this kind of group.
Focus will be on Existential Therapy in group therapy and use humanistic therapy and client-centered therapy for contrast and comparison.
You will also present recent evidence on the efficacy of such groups, by examining at least ten research articles published in peer reviewed journals in the past five years. (All are located on the annotated outline)
Incorporate your instructor’s feedback and prepare a final draft of your paper. (The feedback is highlighted on the annotated outline that is attached)
Length: 12-15 pages (Not including title and reference pages)
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
Every paragraph should have at least 1 APA cited reference. The annotated outline is attached.
