Search for and read the cases of Georgia v. Randolph, (2006) and U.S. v. Groves, (2008).

Write an essay that compares and contrasts the situations and the consent granted in each case. After comparing and contrasting the court’s rulings, write your own original scenario for each; one where the consent is impermissible, and one where the consent would be allowed.
