Employee’s Evaluation (FAIR)
· Feel employee has a chip on his shoulder after his suspension.
· Employee’s emails towards the benefit group seems to be more negative research gathering then seeking answers to questions.
· In our phone conversion he acts like he is gather information for the team, but I feel he looking only to gather information to use against the organization
