Using the Bolman & Deal framework from Business Leadership (structural,  human resource, political, symbolic), class notes (available on Canvas  under “Notes on Bolman and Deal readings”) and readings from Kouzes and  Posner (textbook, The Student Leadership Challenge, chapters  2-7 and notes available under Kouzes and Posner in the Files tab),  submit  2 pages, 12 font New Times Roman, double-spaced essay  identifying your preferred leadership style.

Justify and support your choice by indicating how your style fits  with your personality and how it will enable you to provide effective  leadership within your current work or future career and its profile.  You should also consider how your leadership style will be helpful (or  unhelpful) to you in demonstrating the five practices of exemplary  leadership as described by Kouzes and Posner. You will have the  opportunity to go into this in more detail in your final Leadership Plan  for the course. Submit this paper by e-mail or attachment to this  assignment.
