Chapter 16: Discussion

Please answer the following questions:

1. Do you believe “War on Drugs” has been effective?  Why or why not?
2. Do you believe that legalizing certain drugs will eliminate or reduce drug use in the U.S.? Explain.
3. Should the U.S. discontinue all  or part of their efforts fighting drugs?  Why or why not?  What would  be the results of this action?
