Preparing Your Analytical Epidemiology Paper

For the purpose of this exercise:

Write a four- to five-page summary addressing the following elements:

• Evaluate the two major approaches (observational and experimental) used in analytical studies.
• Construct a grid that compares the advantages and disadvantages of the observational study designs as outlined in your lesson.
• Decide what circumstances would merit use of the observational study approaches.
• Provide two examples of observational study approaches from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.
• Select two types of observational study approaches and apply those  study approaches to a health problem of your choice using a quantitative  and qualitative perspective.
